Job Description

Position Summary:

A Logistic Executive is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics and supply chain operations within an organization. This includes managing inventory, coordinating transportation, ensuring timely delivery of goods, handling documentation, and communicating with vendors and internal departments. The role is vital to maintaining smooth and efficient movement of materials and products while optimizing cost, time, and resources.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes.

Responsibility:

· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

· Overseeing and managing storage and distribution of goods.

· Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

· Develop an efficient plan to manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation of goods

· Comply and be up-to-date with laws and regulations

· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

· Liaise and negotiate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers

· Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

· Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.

· Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

· Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

· Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.

· Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
