Job Description
- To book the consignment & prepare documents
- To supervise loading & unloading of material & scan each packet
- To dispatch the vehicle to its destination
- To check vehicle condition & verify documents of drivers as well as vehicle
- To deliver the consignment to consignee
- To prepare reports
- To create the ADR
- Initiate for Bill creation as per contract
- Verify the POD & auditing
- Take follow up for payment
- Verification of all documents
- To send daily MIS report to customers
- To take follow up for any delays with internal team
- To prepare reports of warehouse inventory
- To expedite movement for improve service level report
- To resolve customer problem
- To manage internal operational activities
