Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and introduce web-related services, including website development, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, and other web-based products.
Identify decision-makers within businesses and pitch services that align with their needs.
Qualify leads based on their business requirements, budget, and potential for future projects.
Consultative Sales Approach:
Understand the potential client’s business needs and goals by asking insightful questions to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Provide customized solutions, explaining how the company’s web services or products can address the client’s specific needs and help achieve their business objectives.
Build trust with clients by offering valuable advice, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for their digital solutions.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s web services, including website design, development, hosting, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and digital marketing services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements to provide relevant and up-to-date information to clients.
Sales Process Management:
Follow the company’s sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring that each step of the sales cycle is managed effectively.
Maintain detailed records of all calls, communications, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or consultations based on client interest and needs.
Work towards and meet sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring consistent performance and sales growth.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Research potential businesses or industries that could benefit from the company’s web services and proactively reach out to them.
Follow up on warm leads generated from inbound inquiries or previous marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads through effective questioning, understanding the client’s budget, timeframe, and service requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by maintaining consistent communication.
Address any concerns or questions clients may have and guide them through the sales process.
Work with the client to ensure satisfaction during the onboarding phase once the sale is completed, ensuring the client’s expectations are met or exceeded.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales efforts with current campaigns or promotions.
Provide feedback from clients to the product or service development team to help improve offerings.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth handoff of clients after the sale, ensuring the company can deliver the promised web solutions efficiently.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, meetings, and sales progress.
Prepare reports on sales performance, lead generation, and conversions for management review.
Provide regular updates on the pipeline, challenges, and successes to the sales manager.
