Job Description:

We seek a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. As a Flutter Developer, you will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Flutter.
Proficiency in Dart programming language.
Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and native development (Android/iOS).
Strong understanding of mobile architecture principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for mobile application integration.
Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

BE or Btech
Knowledge of Firebase and its various services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
