Job Description
- Should guide store visitors and sell the products.
- Responsible for all stores functions.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining all store records.
- Preparation of stocks statements.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Day to day issues and receipts, ledgers, stock statement reports and DMR
- Preparation of Daily & Monthly Consumption Report.
- Checking of received Material with invoice and purchase order.
Required Skills:
- Should have computer Knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
-
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a welcoming experience.

Assist customers in finding products, answering queries, and offering product recommendations.

Handle customer complaints or escalate to supervisors when needed.

Provide information about ongoing promotions, offers, and loyalty programs.
2. Sales Assistance:
-
Promote and upsell products based on customer needs.
-
Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Maintain knowledge of current store inventory and new product arrivals.

Meet individual and store-wide sales targets.
3. Merchandising & Stock Management:
-
Replenish stock on shelves and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.

Organize displays and arrange merchandise to maximize visibility and appeal.

Conduct regular stock checks and notify the manager about low or overstocked items.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing new shipments.
4. Store Maintenance:
-
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Follow safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Help in setting up or dismantling displays and promotional setups.
5. Coordination & Reporting:
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Report any maintenance issues, inventory discrepancies, or customer concerns to the supervisor.

Participate in daily team briefings and contribute ideas for improvement.
