Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic post-production studio. Our studio specializes in creating high-quality 2D and 3D animation AVs, content creation, anamorphic visuals, and event graphics. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project timelines are met, and facilitating seamless collaboration between creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial brief to final delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, workflows, and timelines.
Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, quality standards, and deadlines.

2. Client Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage feedback loops and ensure client inputs are integrated effectively into projects.
Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with creative teams, including animators, graphic designers, and editors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Act as a bridge between creative teams and clients, ensuring clarity of briefs and expectations.
Schedule and facilitate internal meetings to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.

4. Resource Allocation & Budget Management:

Monitor resource utilization and ensure teams are appropriately assigned to projects.
Track project budgets, manage costs, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
Report any budgetary risks or changes to management promptly.

5. Quality Assurance:

Review project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client briefs.
Ensure adherence to the studio's quality standards for 2D/3D animations, anamorphic visuals, and event graphics.

6. Administrative Tasks:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, feedback records, and approvals.
Prepare regular project status updates and reports for management and clients.
Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Animation, Media Production, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a post-production or animation studio.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with animation pipelines (2D & 3D) and post-production workflows.
- Basic understanding of software/tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Maya, Blender, or similar.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
