Job Description

Machine Operator (Material Movement Robot - MMR)
Position: Machine Operator
Location: Pan India (Based on project sites across various cities)
Base Training Location: Bangalore Office
Salary: Fixed Salary + PF + Overtime Pay + Insurance + Travel Allowance (for intercity transfers)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Material Movement Robot (MMR) at large-scale commercial construction sites.
Learn and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the MMR (company-provided training).
Work on major construction projects like commercial apartments, office towers, airports, and hospitals.
Adapt to relocation across different cities in India based on project requirements.
Use mobile applications to monitor and update the robot’s operational status.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical equipment.

Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience in mechanical work or a diploma in machine parts.

Willingness to travel and work at various sites across India.

Ability to operate smartphones and use basic mobile apps.

Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites.
