Job Description
Required:
· 5+ years of information technology and/or information security experience
· 5+ years in a support role working on Mainframe
· Technical understanding of Mainframe applications and tools (TSO, IPSF, datasets, resources, rules, batch jobs, DB2, RACF utilities)
· Experience in account and resource administration in RACF/TopSecret (add/change/delete user, group creation, group membership, dataset/resource administration)
· Experience in Vanguard utilities (Administrator, Advisor, Compliance Manager)
· Experience in utilizing ticketing tools for access management, tracking progress/escalation and generating operational reports to share periodic snapshots
· Exposure to standard configuration, maintenance procedures, and documentation
Additional Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology.
· Business proficiency in English language
· Experience in working with distributed teams across different geographies
· Ready to work in 24x7 support model
Preferred:
· Experience and knowledge in identity and access management tools
· Ability to adhere to client’s information security policies and clearly articulate the need for information security
· Knowledge of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong project management and organizational skills
