Job Description
Basic Education:
- Graduate degree in Commerce or Finance
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business
Necessary Skills:
- Individual contributor who can work independently.
- Finance budgeting and forecasting skills
- Good understanding Procurement (P2P) cycle and Asset management
- Vendor Management skills and coordination for external resource fulfillment.
- Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives.
- Ability to handle challenges & resolve any blockers.
- Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Cross-functional PMO skills.
- Good Knowledge in Finance, P2P and asset management process
- ERP -SAP, PC tool for vendor management.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Handle department Budget forecasting and management.
- Monthly budget status reporting to HoD and managers
- Create PR and follow up with procurement for quote and PO release.
- Follow up and coordinate for delivery of asset and capitalization process
- Review department asset and coordinate with IT for allocation
- Work with VMO Team for external demand fulfillment and report to management.
- Adhoc support to project Team in planning and coordination.
