As a Product Manager, you’ll be working on WU Mobile and Web 3rd party offers, marketplace, Bill payment, inmate pay, and Mobile top-up offerings. You’ll define the product roadmap in alignment with our strategy and evaluate product ideas focused on driving sales, acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, building brand loyalty, and providing self-service tools to customers. You’ll assess opportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators, and partner with analytics team to measure success. You’ll define and document product requirements, features, and functionality and work with UI/UX teams to bring engaging user experiences to life.
To excel in this role, you will have 10 plus years of experience with at least 8+ years of experience building and launching consumer applications on the web and mobile platforms. You’ll have the ability to break down requirements into epics and stories, grooming and elaborating stories, and collaborating with stakeholders, such as engineering, UI, UX, Content on the story scope, complexity, etc. You’ll have attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies and experience in mobile and web marketing tools is also desirable.
