Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Academic Executive to join our team. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen and administrative efficiency, focusing on converting leads through direct communication and managing the academic operations of our Interior and Fashion Design departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Lead Conversion:
- Engage potential students through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
- Address inquiries about the programs, admission process, and career prospects to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead nurturing strategies.
- Track conversion rates and provide regular reports on performance.
Academic Administration:
- Oversee the smooth operation of the Interior and Fashion Design academic departments.
- Coordinate faculty schedules, student records, and academic activities.
- Assist in curriculum updates, scheduling, and overall academic planning.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements.
- Facilitate student engagement initiatives, including workshops, events, and internships.
- Support faculty and students with academic-related queries and administrative processes.
