Hiring for a Marketing Associate
Work timing : 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Working days : Mon - Sat (6 days working)
Location : Onsite/WFO
Job Title: Marketing Associate
Compensation : CTC: 2.40 LPA
In-hand (Fixed): 1.80 LPA
Performance-Based Incentive (Variable): 60K

Job Summary: As a Marketing Associate at Study Buddy, you will support the marketing team in executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase student engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with Study Buddy's mission of providing quality educational resources. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital and offline marketing campaigns.

2. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and other channels.

3. Social Media Management: Manage Study Buddy’s social media accounts, including creating posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.

4. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and emerging trends to support marketing strategies.

5. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics.

6. Collaboration: Work with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.

7. Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, workshops, and other events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and attracting potential customers.

8. Email Marketing: Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.

9. Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for campaigns, ensuring branding guidelines are met.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing or a related field (internships, freelance work, etc., also
considered).

- Proficiency in Google sheets, Google workspace.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
