Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring deal closure. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the entire lead conversion process from initial outreach to finalizing the sale.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize various marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, SEO, paid ads, etc.) to identify and generate leads.
- Engage with prospects to qualify leads based on their needs and interest level.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring follow-up at every stage.
- Appointment Setting:
- Contact leads to schedule appointments for sales meetings or consultations.
- Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to motivate potential clients to book appointments.
- Manage calendars and ensure smooth scheduling between the sales team and clients.
- Deal Closure:
- Engage in conversations with leads and clients to identify pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and ensure that deals are closed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on lead generation activities, appointment settings, and closed deals.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients within CRM software.
- Ensure all lead information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing or sales, with a focus on lead generation and deal closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
