Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring deal closure. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the entire lead conversion process from initial outreach to finalizing the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Utilize various marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, SEO, paid ads, etc.) to identify and generate leads.
Engage with prospects to qualify leads based on their needs and interest level.
Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring follow-up at every stage.

Appointment Setting:
Contact leads to schedule appointments for sales meetings or consultations.
Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to motivate potential clients to book appointments.
Manage calendars and ensure smooth scheduling between the sales team and clients.

Deal Closure:
Engage in conversations with leads and clients to identify pain points and offer tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and ensure that deals are closed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.

Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on lead generation activities, appointment settings, and closed deals.
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and clients within CRM software.
Ensure all lead information is up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing or sales, with a focus on lead generation and deal closure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
