Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Remote/On-site

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, in line with client goals.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by posting relevant content, engaging with audiences, and driving traffic to client websites.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to optimize marketing strategies.
Email Marketing: Develop and send out email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing needs, provide regular updates, and deliver performance reports.
Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (digital marketing experience preferred)
Proficient in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Creative mindset with attention to detail
