Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of traditional FMCG products, including Anar Dana Goli, Saunf, Aam Papad, and other confectionery items. The role involves visiting kirana stores, chemists, general stores, and other retail outlets to generate sales, increase brand visibility, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about field sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Market Expansion:
- Visit kirana stores, chemists, supermarkets, and other retail outlets to promote and sell company products.
- Develop strong relationships with shop owners and distributors to secure orders.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Brand Promotion & Merchandising:
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail stores.
- Distribute promotional materials like flyers, brochures, and samples to increase awareness.
- Educate shopkeepers about product benefits and encourage them to recommend the products to customers.
Order & Inventory Management:
- Take and process orders from retailers and coordinate with the supply team for timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and suggest replenishments.
- Handle basic inquiries related to pricing, offers, and product availability.
Customer Feedback & Market Research:
- Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Suggest new marketing strategies based on field experience.
