Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive on-field marketing activities, acquire new clients, and support the company’s business development efforts by engaging with direct clients such as malls, event venues, and commercial spaces. You will have the opportunity to earn a 2% incentive for every deal closed, along with a travel allowance to support your fieldwork. This role provides excellent potential for earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Work on brand positioning, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts, website updates, and SEO.
- Create and post engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Execute Google Ads, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns.
4. Sales & Lead Generation Support
- Develop marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
5. Advertising & Branding
- Coordinate with designers and agencies for branding and advertisement materials.
- Develop and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
6. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries, product inquiries, and promotional offers.
- Improve customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
