Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products/services.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in the medical field).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
