JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING INTERN

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Intern to join our team responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company's growth in the Indian Learning and Development market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

• Generate more potential customers by securing an opportunity by calling clients – we will provide the database.

• Email marketing – initiate marketing campaigns via emails.

• Connect with clients via tele-calling - Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging with clients.

• Handle our Social Media accounts, create interactive content and designs for our social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry-wise developments to identify growth opportunities.

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Internship and Marketing roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Content creation using platforms such as Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.

• Strong understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Ability to connect with customers on the phone and generate interest in our offerings.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Laptop with a stable internet connection.

Work timings - 6 hours of work from Monday to Friday.

Should be from Tier 1 cities in India - such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad.
