About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Building relationships & connect with the marketing & ad industry to do projects with PotHoleRaja
2. Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
3. Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
4. Measuring donor satisfaction with PotHoleRaja
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
4. Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them
5. Familiarity with companies psychology and spending habits
6. Ability to quickly learn and process information
7. Organization and time management skills

PotHoleRaja is a social initiative to fix potholes to ensure roads are safer to commute. The mission is to engage citizens to solve road safety issues. Most of our work is through CSR with multiple corporates. Employee engagement opportunities are created for the employees. Employees from various organizations participate as volunteers to fix potholes & other road safety related issues identified by them or which are reported by citizens. There are a lot of volunteering events also being organized to fix potholes across the city regularly. Our vision is to make our roads pothole free and fix any within 3-5 days for a safer commute.
