Job Description
About the internship
Selected candidates will be a part of a multi-million dollar marketing campaign being done in partnership with IPL in 15,000+ schools across India. The campaign will allow the school and students to participate in a free coding certification course and potentially get a coding certification from Microsoft.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to schools in your respective city to onboard them to participate in the activity
2. Traveling to schools as and when needed
3. Reaching out to our pre-set list of schools and try to achieve our projected targets
4. Getting to meet with and interact with top-level school executives like school principals and vice-principals so you can majorly upgrade your interpersonal skills
5. Working as the owner of the end to end execution of schools allotted to you in your city and working closely with Lido marketing managers
6. Reporting to the office only if you are from Delhi NCR or Bangalore because these are the only two cities where we currently have offices
PS: All school details and support will be given to you. You just need to reach out to them.
Note: All selected interns will get to earn incentives per school they onboard upto Rs 10,000 apart from the fixed stipend. All top performers will get a recommendation letter and a chance to join Lido as full-time employees.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 150 per school onboarded).
