Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Stack Overflow and Bedance)
2. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
4. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
5. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
