Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, develop strategies, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, creativity, and expertise in digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth.

Identify target audiences and create marketing campaigns tailored to them.

Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall marketing direction.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
-
Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
-
Manage company presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support
-
Develop strategies to generate quality leads for the sales team.

Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and materials.

Implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
4. Content & Advertising Management
-
Plan and oversee content creation for blogs, videos, and advertisements.
-
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
-
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and messaging.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
-
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
-
Adjust marketing strategies based on industry trends and insights.
6. Team Leadership & Budget Management
-
Lead and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and content creators.

Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, and track expenses.

Ensure all marketing efforts are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
