Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual with at least one year of experience in administration or marketing to support our team in day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning as needed.
Marketing Duties:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
Help manage the company’s social media platforms and website content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or marketing.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
