Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketplace Executive who can independently handle our product listings and operations on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product catalogs, optimizing listings, processing orders, handling returns, and driving sales growth through promotions and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
List and manage products across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Optimize product listings with effective titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
Monitor and process daily orders, cancellations, and returns
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment
Manage inventory levels across platforms and avoid stockouts or overstocking
Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns to boost sales
Analyze marketplace performance and suggest improvements
Handle customer queries and resolve issues via platform dashboards
Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in handling e-commerce marketplaces
Strong knowledge of listing tools, keyword optimization, and sales analytics
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Hub, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the health supplement or FMCG industry is a plus
Understanding of nutritional products (protein powders, vitamins, BCAA, etc.)
