Job Description
- Looking for Mart Supervisor with experience of 2 years as retail superior or manager in
- As Manager whole
responsibility of store safety security, co-worker’s affairs and providing
hygienic environment to the costumers
- Time keeping of the
workers
- Sale promotion and advertisements
(in Local Media off/online) for boosting the business
- Inventory control
and tracking of supply and demand
- Providing coaching
to the co-workers for excellent dealing and service providing to the costumers
- All materials
clearance from local transportation
- All bank and account
related activities
- Deposit of daily
sale before end of the day in store bank account
- Full control,
authority and tracking of petty cash.
- Arranging online and
offline advertisements and sessional and festival promotions
- Understanding the
costumer’s need, nature and demand of the market and acting according
- Required Qualification: Bachler Degree in Business and Administration with basic knowledge
of the latest MS-Office
- Required Experience: Minimum 3 Years’ experience in retail store and apparel business
- Best of market offer, annual bonus, free accommodation (for
outsider).
- Salary to be increased base upon performance, allowances (if
applicable), yearly corporate bonus.
