Key Responsibilities:

Massage Therapy & Client Care:

Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, Thai, aromatherapy, or reflexology based on client needs.
Assess clients' physical conditions, stress levels, and medical histories before treatment.
Customize massage therapy sessions to target muscle tension, pain relief, and relaxation.
Apply oils, lotions, or therapeutic creams to enhance the massage experience.
Ensure a calm, clean, and relaxing environment for clients.

Client Consultation & Health Guidance:

Discuss client concerns, medical conditions, or injuries to provide safe and effective therapy.
Offer recommendations on stretching exercises, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle improvements.
Educate clients on post-massage self-care for long-term benefits.

Sanitation & Safety Compliance:

Maintain hygienic workspaces by cleaning massage tables, tools, and rooms after each session.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Keep massage equipment, towels, and oils properly stocked and sanitized.

Administrative & Business Tasks:

Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and session notes.
Process payments, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.
Recommend and sell wellness products, essential oils, or treatment packages to clients.

Requirements:

Education & Certification: Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, or clinic (fresh graduates with training are welcome) preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, pressure points, and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to identify and relieve muscle tension, stress, and pain effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good physical stamina and hand strength for extended massage sessions.
