Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction, developing engaging lesson plans, and fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports all students in achieving academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning and Instruction:

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons in mathematics in line with the curriculum and school guidelines.

Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Incorporate technology and practical tools (such as online simulations, visual aids, and mathematical software) to enhance student learning.
2. Curriculum Delivery:

Teach core mathematical concepts including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics depending on the assigned grade level.

Align teaching practices with national or state curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/State/IGCSE/IB, etc.).

Adapt lesson content to suit the age group and academic level of students.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:

Design, administer, and grade class tests, assignments, and exams to evaluate student progress.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help improve performance.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
4. Classroom Management:

Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.

Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive teaching.

5. Student Support and Mentoring:

Offer additional academic support through remedial classes, doubt-clearing sessions, or personalized tutoring.

Identify students with learning difficulties and collaborate with academic coordinators or counselors for appropriate support.

Motivate students to build a strong foundation in mathematics and encourage independent problem-solving.
6. Parent and Staff Collaboration:

Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and behavior when required.
