Job Description
Maintenance and planning of five number of SPM at Reliance site Jamnagar. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. (Planned and unplanned job) Create the resourcing plan as per the maintenance schedule in order to handle day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities as well as shutdown jobs as per plan Maintain SPM’s operational & inspection checklist and daily production report on daily basis. Field quality execution for non-routine, shutdown and dry-docking activities. Create a plan for inventory control activities of mechanical spares and get it approved to ensure effective maintenance operations; issue spares for job execution as and when required. spares identification for procurement; follow up with vendor, purchase, and stores to ensure availability of the spares Created, planned maintenance notifications & work orders based on priority & criticality and scheduled after availability of required resources man-hours, spares, work progress & accomplishment and closure with history in SAP. Responsible for new part codification in material master control system and code extension, code enrichment request and updated in BOM.
