Job Description
Looking for 2021-2023 passed out candidates
Qualification :-
- B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Role & Responsibilities :-
Demonstrated knowledge of tooling and materials process validation (SPC, Cp, CpK)
Should have hands on experience with design.
Demonstrated design experience integrating component modules (I/O, Displays, Batteries, PCBs, etc.)
Should have innovative thoughts of getting the project executed.
Product validation experience (Shock/Drop, Cycle Testing, and Environmental Testing)
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and partnering closely with EE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Agile PLM, Solidworks, Creo or equivalent 3D CAD and database management skills
Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
Creating plans and designs using CAD technology
Analytic problem solving skills, including knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, DOE or similar disciplines
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and diverse technical environment
Should have hands on experience with 2D modelling (AUTOCAD), 3D modelling with PRO E.
Responsible of the study phase of parts, sub assembly or even full modules.
Accountable of design according to technical feasibility, assembly and maintenance of the components.
Autonomous in the management of the detailed tasks, securing the respect of the planning and time schedule
Manage technical problem solving., participating or organizing design review, qualification review, functional analysis, FMEA analysis.
Secure quality of assembly drawings, design models, calculation notes and functional analysis.
Accountable to strictly respect compliance to Sidel design specification, Sidel design process and product evolution process as well as architecture governance (platform architecture, standardization principle, granularly rules.
Structural material behavior knowledge (FEM Preferred)
Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
Should have extra thinking capabilities out of the book zone.
Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE)
Accountable of design accordance to specification.
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
Knowledge of Thermodynamics would be an added preference.
Should be good in material design (Calculation) like spring design, load design etc.
Experience with vendor management
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product
Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
