Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
Present and promote Mediawire's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Collaborate with the team to achieve better results and share best practices.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
