Responsibilities:
Evaluate medical records and reports to determine patient’s health status, needs, and treatment, and advise physicians and other healthcare specialists
Create and maintain patient health records
Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide follow-up care
Advise patients on preventative and healthy habits
Serve as primary healthcare provider for patients
Contribute to business development and Strategic Planning
Attend regular staff meetings
Provide support for clinical and administrative functions
Attend medical conferences, trainings, and meetings
Assist with patient referrals and follow-up
Prepare and maintain patient charts, reports, and patient records
Other duties as assigned
