Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are passionate about sales and eager to develop a career in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and ensuring the growth and visibility of our product line.
Roles & Responsibilities:Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical or healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Cover the assigned territory and plan regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote product awareness.
Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company within the designated territory.
Monitor product sales performance and report progress regularly to the manager.
Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of products and answer technical queries related to the product.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, product orders, and client interactions.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Bachelor's degree (In Pharma or related field is an added advantage).
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two Wheeler.
