· Chemists and Stockiest visit to generate sales & achieve budgeted sales.
· Business Development through meeting with the doctors and making good relations with them.
· Meeting Doctors as per schedule to promote the products to generate the prescriptions.
· Meeting with Stockiest make the products availability.
· Chemist survey.
· Customer Relationship Management.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Provide excellent customer service and support.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
· Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
· Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and provide appropriate solutions.
