Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: All over Kerala
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management:
o Manage primary and secondary sales inventory within the assigned territory.
o Ensure timely replenishment and effective stock movement to meet sales targets.
2. Continuous Medical Education (CME):
o Plan, organize, and execute CME programs to enhance awareness and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
o Present company products and their benefits in an impactful and professional manner.
3. Healthcare Professional Engagement:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare administrators.
o Plan and execute conversion strategies to ensure HCPs’ endorsement of company products for territory growth.
4. Sales Growth:
o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Identify opportunities for market penetration and growth within the assigned territory.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
o Submit detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and inventory status to the management team.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations for territory improvement.
6. Compliance and Professionalism:
o Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
o Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry expertise.
