Key Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals, patients, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth communication and resolve queries or issues.
Negotiate with hospitals and other stakeholders on pricing, case management, and other terms as required.
Assist in processing claims by providing medical insights and ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administration and insurance teams.
Act as a liaison between patients, hospitals, and insurance companies to expedite case resolutions.
Conduct field visits to assess cases and ensure the accuracy of claims and documentation.
Stay updated on medical trends and insurance policies to offer relevant insights during negotiations.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports of field visits, negotiations, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or an equivalent medical field (BAMS/BHMS).
Strong understanding of medical terminology, hospital processes, and insurance workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience:

0-3 years of experience in hospital administration, TPA, or healthcare operations is a plus.
Previous exposure to patient handling, claims processing, or medical case management.
