Eligibility Criteria : (i) Academic Qualification: Master in Business Management / Rural Management/ Co-operative Management / Commerce / Agriculture and allied disciplines. This may be relaxed depending upon the experience and ability of the candidate. (ii) Essential Minimum Experience: Two to three years’ experience in Rural Financial Institutions, NBFCs’, MFIs’, insurance, sales and retail or in other relevant developmental Institutions. (iii) Passion: Should have passion to work with rural communities and make a difference in the lives of the poor. (iv) Languages: Should be proficient in at least one of the local languages (Garo, Jaintia, Khasi) and have working knowledge of English.

Salary : Rs.25,000/-
Posting: Should be willing to work anywhere in the State of Meghalaya
Age : Preferably not more than 62 years of age.
Execution of Bond: In case of selection, should be willing to deposit as security an amount equivalent to half months’ salary. This amount would be forfeited if the candidate leaves the job, suo moto, before completion of one year or does not serve notice period of at least three months after submission of resignation in case he / she chooses to resign.
