We are looking for merchandiser with atleast 3yrs of experience and he/has ability to deal with sourcing vendor and capable to manage mfg process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote products and maximize sales.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of stock.

Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust merchandising techniques accordingly.

Create visual displays that are eye-catching and customer-friendly.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.

Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and promotions.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure display standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
