Job Description
Job Title: Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers to create attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and plan promotions to drive sales.
- Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
