Job Description

Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum for the MERN stack.
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in web development to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions (in-person and online) for individuals and groups at various skill levels.
Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in MERN stack development, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to enhance training programs.
Assist in the development of certification programs and continuing education opportunities.
