Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and maintain data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Develop and manage databases and data storage solutions.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments and management.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business strategies.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to represent data effectively.
- Monitor and maintain reporting app / software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure data security and system reliability.
- Implement best practices to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, systems, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of MIS app / software.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduate
- Experience: Previous experience as MIS Executive or in a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
