Job Summary:
We are hiring a Mobile Sales Promoter to work in-store and promote smartphones and accessories. The role involves demonstrating product features, assisting customers in making purchase decisions, and driving sales. If you are a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual, this is a great opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Assistance
- Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, tablets, and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, and offers to customers.
- Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
2. Product Promotion & Upselling
- Promote latest mobile models, offers, and discounts.
- Upsell additional accessories, protection plans, and extended warranties.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of mobile brands and new arrivals.
3. Store Operations & Stock Management
- Ensure mobile display units are properly arranged and functional.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Assist in billing and payment processing when required.
4. Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups
- Provide after-sales support and answer customer queries.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers for repeat sales and referrals.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
