Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content that engages and informs our audience. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will collaborate with our design, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality animations and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Motion Graphics & Animation:

Design and create high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and video content.
Develop animated logos, intros, transitions, explainer videos, and promotional materials.
Ensure animations align with brand identity and storytelling objectives.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production:

Edit videos and integrate motion graphics, special effects, and typography.
Work with sound designers, video editors, and creative teams for final output.
Optimize animations for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, ads, etc.).

3. Concept Development & Storyboarding:

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize visual storytelling ideas.
Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes before final production.
Suggest innovative design trends and animation techniques.

4. Branding & Digital Content Creation:

Design engaging social media animations, GIFs, and promotional assets.
Create motion graphics for UI/UX designs, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Maintain consistency in visual style, color grading, and typography.

5. Software & Tools Expertise:

Work with software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D/Blender.
Utilize motion tracking, kinetic typography, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Optimize file formats and resolutions for different media platforms.
