Job Description

This profile includes all Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms applicable.

Regular checking and cleaning of all electrical and mechanical equipment (PM of major equipment c/o OEM/Contractors).

Hourly monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of equipment and accessories.

Repair and replace faulty components and systems

Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues.

Monitor system performance and conduct inspections.

Document maintenance activities and service reports.

Stay updated on technical advancements and training.
