Responsibilities:
Handling Mutual Funds operations
Handling Customers Queries related their Investments.
Maintaining & keeping records of Mutual fund & other policy entries in system.
Preparing Monthly reports of all data & submitting to immediate superior.
Effective handling & monitoring of day to day Operations
Coordination with various stake holders internal and external
Managing the internal escalations, customer queries, Regulatory complaints etc with logical conclusion.
Handling various internal and external audits
Monitoring the payouts, refunds and funds transfer in close co-ordination with aggregators and Exchanges.
Process improvement, improvisation and automation.
Drafting of process notes, approval notes and logsheets
