Scientist ‘B’ (Non-Medical) MGIT  

Essential Qualification : Ist class Masters degree in relevant subject from a recognized University Or 2nd Class M.Sc + Ph.D degree in relevant subject from a recognized University. Desirable Qualification : Ph.D. in required subjects (Microbiology/ Molecular Biology). Two years Research experience culture and DST of Mycobacterium using liquid and solid medium. Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience in Mycobacteriology from recognized institute(s), Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management

Desirable Qualification : Ph.D. in bioinformatics, two years Research experience whole genome sequencing analysis. Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience molecular biology and bioinformatics from recognized institute(s), Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management
