Job Description
We are searching for an organized, ambitious .NET developer to generate software using .NET's infrastructure. The .NET developer's duties include sourcing project requirements, deciding on the most appropriate software solutions, and ensuring that developments are error-free. You should also ensure that the final products are well-presented and engaging.
To ensure success as a .NET developer, you should be able to create code using one of the preferred languages. Ultimately, preferred candidates will demonstrate successful completion of, or significant progress toward, MCSD or MCPD training.
Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:
-
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C# and .NET to create applications and services.

Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and web services into applications.

Develop both front-end and back-end components for web applications, including the user interface, server-side logic, and database management.

Application Maintenance:

Ensure the ongoing performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems as they arise.

Regularly update and maintain applications to improve functionality, security, and user experience.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to define application features and requirements.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Database Management:

Design and maintain database structures for application data using SQL Server, including writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.

Ensure data security and integrity by following best practices in database design and implementation.

Documentation:

Create detailed documentation for the software development process, including system design, code comments, and user guides.

Maintain documentation related to application functionality, troubleshooting guides, and change logs.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Write unit tests, integration tests, and functional tests to ensure high-quality software.

Perform manual and automated testing to verify the functionality of applications and ensure they meet the required standards.

Identify and fix any bugs or performance issues in the application through testing.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to existing systems.

Participate in training, workshops, and conferences to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
