Network Support - Job Description
- Responsible for Network uptime and Security.
- Assist in Administer, deploy of Firewall, Router, Switches, Dialer.
- Knowledge on configuring VLAN, L2 Switch Management.
- ISP and PRI Vendor Coordination and Management.
- Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issues.
- Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol,
- Basic system troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of system.
- Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.
- Maintain complete technical documentation.
- Any Technical Degree
- Any Relevant Technical Courses (CCNA / equivalent)
- 0-2 years of work experience in IT (Relative experience preferred).
- Good level of written communication skills and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Two Wheeler Preferred
- Male candidates only
