Job Description
- Good hands on experience on SD WAN & Wireless LA
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches,SD-WAN,Wireless LAN, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
- Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
- Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Arranging scheduled upgrades
- Investigating faults in the network
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
- Reporting network status to senior members
- Configuration of Routers & Switches
- Hands on configuration of CISCO switches.
- Configure & Troubleshoot LAN related problems
- Good hands on LAN & WAN
- Configuration of L2 & L3 switches & Routers
- Lead in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex SD-WAN/LAN and Wireless LAN issues.
- Design and implement advanced configurations and optimizations for SD-WAN, WiFi, VC, LAN solutions.
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SD-WAN, VC, WiFi, LAN technologies and solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers during critical incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NOC and across network operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and technical initiatives.
