Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only B.E/B.tech/BCA/MCA graduates are eligible
- Effectively Communication skills
(both spoken & written)
Job Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in a 24 X 7 Environment
- Raise and also update the tickets in CRM for all the issues
handled / worked upon
- Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time
frames as per the SLA / commitments
- Create and assign tickets for each of the incidents, service
requests to TAC engineers in the shift
- Time to Time interact with various ISPs for any issues,
escalate it accordingly for swift resolution/root cause analysis
- Basic understanding of network components
- Basic understanding of tools and technologies running at the
Data Centre Operations / Internet Data Centre or with any ISP (preferred)
- Notify customers on potential impact of network connectivity
issues, link latency issues
- Will
have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift
reports
