- Responsible for Network uptime and Security.
- Assist in Administer, deploy of Firewall, Router, Switches, Dialer.
- Knowledge on configuring VLAN, L2 Switch Management.
- ISP and PRI Vendor Coordination and Management.
- Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issues.
- Knowledge on TCP/IP protocol,
- Basic system troubleshooting skills and proficient with the configuration of the system.
- The document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system.
- Maintain complete technical documentation.
